a romantic escape to remember
warm greeting spacious room amazing views
john , the commissionaire, greeted us warmly. he. our room on the 18th floor provided amazing views. the spacious room felt brand new, and the coffee machine was an excellent addition. i was happy to find at least a 50" screen tv.
the rooftop bar was worth the wait , but the time spent queuing to get there was a bit of a downside. i would have loved to have skipped the line.

no fridge limited tea bags
The location was ideal close to public transport and within walking distance of everything.
There was no fridge in the room I had. Hot drink provisions included a kettle some biscuits sachets of Nescafe coffee and little portions of milk. I expected better. The tea bags were not replenished only more fruit teas were added.

helpful staff prompt service accurate request super clean room
reception staff helped me with my luggage, and i found this very helpful. my room service orders arrived promptly, with all requests fulfilled accurately. housekeeping kept my room super clean throughout my stay.
The gym equipment felt a bit dated. It could use some updating.

the air conditioning was very quiet and excellent. the bed and pillows were very comfortable, i slept well. the location was also very convenient!
check in was very slow! we queued for a while.
